Hello, I'm Mary ann...

I always say that I was born smart although I didnt realise just how smart until I was in my 40's because, until then, I never had the support around me to discover and unleash my own unique potential .

Now I powerfully lead my own life and IGNITE people into the action of unleashing the fullness of their unique potential too!

Where it all started...

I could share my entire background, but I think my backstory highlights make for a much more interesting read:

Labelled 'nice but lazy' at 16
Expected to be married with babies at 20
Funded myself and graduated from university instead
Disowned by family at 21
Married at 23 despite knowing it wasn't what I wanted to do
First of 3 beautiful babies at 25
Always worked full time and held Senior professional roles while 'managing' family life.

Onwards...

Experienced burnout regularly (but didn't really know it or tell anyone if I did)

Launched numerous small businesses 'on the side' - everyone clapped at my success and I secretly burned out...again!

Accepted I wasn't Wonder Woman and burned her outfit that I'd been trying to fit into all my life.

Took full responsibility to honor and lead MY life at 39

Got divorced

Resigned from my corporate job

Founded Kingsmith Property Ltd

Founded the 1000 homes for 1000 families Initiative (nearly 100 homes so far!)

and to this day...

Founded We Achieve Associates Ltd

Founded GENIUS Leadership® Philosophy to transform the way we design and deliver business and now thrive sharing it globally with corporate organisations and SME's through coaching, training programs, workshops and events.

Became a radio presenter with a morning breakfast show (Soon to be Podcast host and author too!) at 51.

Live and work joyfully and fulfilled in Spain for 2-3 months each year with my childhood friend and husband Paul watching our six children thrive as they step out as confident adults to create their best lives.

Adoring my 50's and reaping the benefits of using factor 50 face sunblock for 20 years!
